Privacy Policy
In short: our apps do not collect, store or send any personal data. Your files are processed only on your own computer.
Your files
The apps read the files you choose so they can rename, resize or optimize them. This happens entirely on your Mac or PC. Your files, their contents and any text read from them are never uploaded, shared or sent to us or to anyone else. The apps work without an internet connection.
Information kept on your computer
- Settings, such as whether the completion sound is on.
- NameThatFile’s Batch History, so Undo keeps working after you close the app. It contains file names, folder locations and file fingerprints, never file contents. You can clear it by deleting the app’s data.
This information stays on your computer and is never sent to us.
No accounts, tracking or advertising
The apps have no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Purchases
Free trials and purchases are handled entirely by Apple (Mac App Store) or Microsoft (Microsoft Store). We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s and Microsoft’s own privacy policies apply to those transactions.
This website
minyapps.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Like any website host, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
Children
The apps collect no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
